  • Texas Chili Bar & Fixin’s: Meaty Klondike Chilli and/or Vegetarian Chilli. Additions and toppings include: chopped sweet onion, shredded cheese, crunchy tortilla chips, pickled jalapeno peppers and sour cream. Minimum of 15 Guests
  • Simply Spuds Baked Potato Bar: Baked BC Russets, meaty klondike Chilli, bacon crisps, shredded cheddar cheese, butter, sour cream and green onions. **Mashed potatoes can be substituted for baked potatoes. Minimum of 20 Guests
  • Hot Diggety Dog Bar: Pure beef jumbo wieners, fresh bakery buns, shredded cheddar cheese, meaty Klondike Chilli. Combined with a Caesar or Garden salad and individual potato chips. Condiments to include: diced sweet onions, relish, spicy banana peppers, ketchup (of course!!), Dijon and yellow mustards for the traditionalists. Minimum of 20 Guests
  • Gourmet’s Pasta Bar: Your choice of two pastas, two sauces, one meat, and two veggies. Includes an assortment of bread rolls. Minimum of 20 Guests

    • Pasta: Farfelle (bow tie), Rotini, Penne, Rigatoni
    • Sauce: Bolognese, Marinara, Alfredo or Rose
    • Meat: Meatballs, Italian Sausage or diced Chicken
    • Veggies: Mushrooms, tri-color bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli or green onions and black olives.
  • Southwest Fajita Bar: Seasoned ground beef, seasoned chicken, flour tortillas, shredded lettuce, cheese, Mexicali rice, salsa and sour cream. Minimum of 20 Guests
