Poultry

  • Citrus BBQ Glazed Chicken: Slow roasted chicken pieces finished with a tangy citrus barbecue glaze.
  • Chicken Dijonaise: Fresh chicken pieces rubbed with Dijon, floured and sauteed and finished with a tarragon demi-glace.
  • Chicken Piccata: Pan seared chicken breast in a lemon caper sauce garnished with a fresh tomato (chopped) concasse.
  • Herb Roasted Chicken: Boneless and skinless chicken breast rubbed with herbs and spices and baked with les fines herbs and root vegetables.
  • Roasted Stuffed Turkey Breasts: Oven roasted with our homestyle sage stuffing and served with pan gravy.

Beef

  • Beef Bourguignon: Tender red wine braised beef stew and pearl onions, bacon and mushrooms.
  • Roasted Sirloin of Beef: Sirloin roast with home-style pan gravy.
  • Flank Steak: Roasted flank steak marinated with fresh herbs, garlic, and olive oil, then thinly sliced and smothered with caramelized onions and sun dried tomatoes.
  • Home Style Pot Roast: Tender braised beef with red wine
  • Meatloaf: No, no not the singer but lean ground beef with herbs, and seasonings and topped with a zesty glaze.

Pork

  • Teriyaki Pork Chops: Marinated eight-ounce chops roasted and glazed with Teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds.
  • Herb Crusted Pork Loin: Coated with roasted garlic and fresh herbs and then roasted till tender and juicy. Served with a light lemon cream sauce.
  • Stuffed Pork Chops: Eight ounces stuffed with a farce made with apples, aromatic vegetables and croutons – draped in a rich brown gravy with a hint of apple cider.

Seafood & Vegetarian

  • Hibachi Salmon: Seasoned and roasted wild BC salmon fillet (the best) basted with a mild soy wasabi maple glaze.
  • Salmon Fillets: Wild BC salmon fillets (again the best) roasted and topped with a lemon dill aioli and fresh slices of lemon.
  • Tilapia Provencal: Baked dense white fish called Tilapia topped with Kalamata olives, chopped roma tomatoes, capers and fresh herbs.
  • Eggplant Parmigiana: Lightly fried eggplant slices layered with a tomato basil sauce. Parmesan and mozzarella cheese – baked to bubbly perfection – nothing less.
  • Portobello Pizzaiolo: Seasoned and roasted Portobello mushrooms layered with mozzarella, zucchini, tomatoes, basil & a touch of marinara sauce.
  • Mac & Cheese Primavera: Baked pasta with fresh vegetables, basil, Parmesan cheese and breadcrumb topping.
  • Pasta Primavera: Sauteed vegetables with bell peppers, simmered in a tomato basil cream sauce.
  • Veggie Jambalaya: Mushroom, pepper, celery, onion and zucchini cooked with rice and a mildly Creole tomato sauce. (not Mama’s).

  • Authentic Caesar Salad: Crisp romaine, in house toasted croutons, shredded parmesan cheese and creamy Caesar dressing.
  • Garden Medley Salad: Fresh green Leaf lettuce, shredded carrots, celery, bell peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes. Served with your choice of ranch dressing or an Italian vinaigrette.

  • Glazed Carrots: Sliced carrots served in honey and butter.
  • Sweet Corn & Chive Butter: Sweet corn kernels topped with fresh chopped green onions, fleur de sel and white pepper.

  • Corinthian Rice Pilaf: Onions, tri-color peppers, garlic simmered with our signature lemon chicken broth for an amazing finish.
  • Mashed Potatoes: The classic comfort served your choice of garlic mashed or with home style gravy.
  • Parsley Baby Potatoes: Skinless potatoes steamed and served in a parsley butter sauce.
  • Egg Noodles: Buttered egg noodles with a sprinkle of parsley and Parmesan.
  • Pasta: Rotini, penne or farfalle (bow tie) with your choice of sauce. Marinara (a tomato basil sauce), Alfredo (Parmesan cream sauce), Rose (A Marinara & Alfredo mixed for a nice balance of creamy zest), Bolognese (an authentic all beef meat ragù with tomato basil).
