These packages are smaller versions of our buffets and can be ordered for any meal based on 12 people minimum. These meals come in appropriately sized chafing dishes to keep food piping hot and to maintain food safe practices. Chafing dishes are $1.10 and the fuel is $2.20. We cannot substitute side dishes or mix entrees. China or disposable service is available should you require at rental prices.

Chicken

• Bangkok Chicken: Rice pilaf, tossed garden salad and mixed bread basket.
• Chicken al Forno: Penne pasta marinara, tossed salad, mixed bread basket.
• Chicken Marsala: Herb roasted potatoes, Caesar salad, and artisan dinner rolls
• Chicken Parmigiana: Penne pasta ala marinara, tossed garden salad and dinner rolls
• Chicken Piccata: Rice pilaf, Caesar salad, and mixed bread basket.
• Herb Roasted Chicken: Rice pilaf, tossed garden salad and mixed bread basket
• Greek Feast: Chicken breast slices seasoned with greek lemon herbs, served with tzatziki sauce, fresh pitas, roasted potatoes with oregano & other herbs and a large greek salad – Minimum 20 guests

Beef

• Roasted Sirloin Tip Beef: Garlic mashed potatoes, tossed garden salad and asst rolls
• Home-style Pot Roast: Parsley baby potatoes, tossed garden salad & Kaiser rolls
• Herbed Lean Meatloaf: Mashed potatoes, gravy, tossed green salad, and mixed rolls
• Italian Beef with roasted peppers: Penne pasta marinara, tossed garden salad, and asst rolls

Pork

• Memphis Style Pulled Pork: Baby potatoes, fresh fruit salad & Kaiser rolls
• Herb Crusted Pork Loin: Light cream sauce, herb roasted potatoes, tossed garden salad & mixed bread basket

Fish

• Fresh BC Salmon or BC Halibut: A five-ounce portion marinated with Lemon; Dill and Honey then roasted to perfection served with a Wild Rice Pilaf, pan seared Balsamic Veggies and your choice of Salad and fresh rolls with whipped Butter.
• Cedar Plank Salmon with Wasabi Soy Glaze: A five-ounce Wild BC Salmon Fillet marinated in a soy wasabi glaze and roasted on a cedar plank for the optimum West Coast experience. This is served with a roasted vegetables, lemon rice pilaf & assorted rolls & butter.

Greek Variety

• Greek Souvlaki: A huge 15 inch Souvlaki skewer with a variety of chicken, beef, prawn, lamb or vegetarian marninated with red, yellow and green peppers, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Served with lemon infused rice pilaf, your choice of a Greek salad or a crisp Caesar salad and a side of pita bread and tzatziki sauce.

Hot Pasta

• Baked Spinach & Cheese Cannelloni: Pasta is served in an herbed tomato sauce baked with Parmesan, Asiago & mozzarella cheese until golden. Served with your choice of Caesar or garden salad and our garlic Parmesan bread.
• Tortellini Alfredo: Cheese stuffed pasta tossed into our Alfredo sauce and baked with parmesan, Asiago & mozzerella cheeses until golden. Serviced with your choice of Caesar or Garden Salad.
• Rotini Marinara Al Forno: Sauteed onions, garlic, carrots celery, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomato concasse, sweet fresh basil & oregano simmered in tomato sauce. This is tossed with our al dente cooked tri- colour Rotini pasta & baked with Mozzarella cheese until golden. This is served with your choice of Garden or Caesar salad & garlic bread or rolls & butter.
• Available with Italian sausage: Just add $1.25 per serving.
• Linguine with Prawns: Al dente Linguine tossed into our herbed alfredo sauce with fresh basil pan seared garlic prawns & baked with parmesan, Asiago & mozzarella cheese until golden. Served with our crisp Caesar salad & garlic Parmesan bread.
• Deep Dish Home Style Lasagna: Five layers of fresh ingredients and pasta sheets baked to a bubbly golden perfection. Served by the pan for 15 to 20 people.
• Traditional Meat Lasagna: Mama’s blending of seasoned beef, ricotta & mozzarella cheeses accented by a zesty tomato sauce (Mama’s of course)
