| Customer Driven Guidelines: we have these guidelines to allow us to make great food, and present it with beautiful garnishes and have it delivered with all the necessary equipment on time, each and every time. Our number one priority is the success of each event we cater in a given day and with these guidelines in place it allows our corporation to operate in a professional manner.
Delivery: FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS over $100.00 to the reception area of an address. We do our best to deliver your order as close to the delivery time as possible. We do reserve the right to drop off your order up to 60 minutes prior to the delivery time requested. If you need a “specific time drops off” we can accommodate a 15-minute window for an additional fee. We can have your order brought up into a designated serving area, unwrapped and set up for dining. This is called “set up.” A nominal fee and advance notice is required for this service.
Rentals: We do provide beautiful service wares for our great food to be displayed in. We have wicker baskets, mirror boards, imported ceramic bowls etc. We also have china service and stemware and floral designs.
Notice: We appreciate 24 hour notice on all event orders but we also understand that meetings can occur spontaneously and lunch is usually a must. That's why we can and do produce same day orders. Just give us a call and don't worry, we'll be happy to help you out in any way we can.
Cancellations: For all events over $500, cancellations within 7 days of the event require FULL payment. If the event is cancelled 30 days or more in advance of the date only a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. For events under $500 we require 48 hours notice for any event cancellation. For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Terms of Payment: We take Visa, MasterCard & American Express*. Clients may set up terms with an approved application and credit card guarantee; contact an event coordinator for a form to be sent. *Events paid with an American Express card will be levied a 2% facilitation fee as the American Express Corporation has a much higher fee than the other major credit card companies
Deposits: any event over $500 dollars requires a 50% deposit to secure your booking: and final payment is due 5 business days prior to event.
Equipment Pick Up: we do our best to pick up equipment on the next business day. Should you require the equipment be picked up on the same day advance notice must be given and a nominal fee will apply.
Minimum Orders: $100 For event deliveries BETWEEN 9:00 Am & 2:00 PM Monday Friday Excluding holidays
$250 for event deliveries BEFORE 9:00 AM or AFTER 3:00 PM Monday to Friday Excluding Holidays
$500 for event deliveries on Weekends $Call for Holiday events.
Hot Entrees a minimum 18 portions per event delivery For each different hot entrée a minimum of nine portions will be required.
