  • Lightly Curried Cauliflower Gratin – blanched cauliflower tossed in a lightly curried béchamel sauce and shredded cheddar, havarti & asiago cheeses and baked until golden


  • Tarragon Honey Glazed Organic Carrots – cooked until al dente and tossed with Fraser Valley Organic Honey and French Tarragon.
