• Honey Glazed and clove infused baked old fashioned ham



• Lightly Curried Cauliflower Gratin – blanched cauliflower tossed in a lightly curried béchamel sauce and shredded cheddar, havarti & asiago cheeses and baked until golden



• Tarragon Honey Glazed Organic Carrots – cooked until al dente and tossed with Fraser Valley Organic Honey and French Tarragon.



• Organic Fraser Valley Yams cut into wedges and baked until crispy & golden
