Buffet consists of the following:

Fresh Focaccia Wedges served with balsamic vinaigrette

Fresh sliced Baguette with sun dried tomato, garlic and parsley butter,

Fresh Pita Bread with tzatziki sauce and Garlic Parmesan Bread

Papaya Romaine Salad OR Broccoli Mandarin Salad OR Spinach, Strawberry, Almond and Feta Salad OR Caesar Salad

A skewer of fresh jumbo BC Prawns marinated in a sweet chili citrus vinaigrette and grilled to perfection.
